In furtherance to intimation dated 05th March, 2025 and pursuant to sub-para 8 of para B of Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI (LODR) Regulations’), read with Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Amber Enterprises India has informed that the Company has received a ‘Stay Order’ dated 19th January, 2026 on 20th January 2026, from the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, in connection with the Show Cause Notice issued by the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Noida Commissionerate, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this regard, the information as required under sub-para 8 of para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, SEBI Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31st December, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure A.
