Growington Ventures India informs about resignation of independent director

Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Growington Ventures India has informed that the Board has recorded the resignation of Abhimanyu Kumar (DIN: 01497152) in the Board Meeting held on 21st January, 2026 from the post of Independent Director of the company with effect from 20th January, 2026. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee and Sexual Harassment Committee of the Company. Further, details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR: 1. Detailed reasons for the resignation of Independent Director as given by the said director: As per the Resignation letter received from Abhimanyu Kumar (DIN: 01497152), the said resignation was made due to personal and unavoidable circumstances. 2. The Independent Director shall, along with the detailed reasons, also provided a confirmation that there are no other material reasons other than those provided in Resignation Letter. The aforesaid confirmation forms part of resignation letter submitted by Abhimanyu Kumar (DIN: 01497152). The details required under Regulation 30 the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 is given in ‘Annexure-A’. The letter of resignation received from Abhimanyu Kumar is also enclosed. The Board Meeting commenced at 12:30 pm and concluded at 01:30 pm.
