Fiberweb (India) informs about board meeting

In compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure requirement) Regulations, 2015, Fiberweb (India) has informed that 72nd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 30th January, 2026 at 12.00 pm at Kiran Building, 128, Bhaudaji Road, Matunga (East), Mumbai - 400019 to consider, approve and to take on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Third quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2025 along with Limited Review Report and other business matters to be transacted with the permission of the chair. Further, it has already intimated to the Stock Exchange vide its letter dated 24th December, 2025 that, the Trading Window of the Company for trading /dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01st January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2025.
