Krystal Integrated Services has informed that a wholly owned subsidiary of Krystal Integrated Services in the name of ‘Krystal Waste Work Prabhag F Private Limited’ has been incorporated on January 20, 2026 under Corporate Identification Number U37003MH2026PTC466197. The details/disclosures in respect of the said Wholly-owned subsidiary, as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Master Circular are annexed as Annexure -A. The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated in the state of Maharashtra. The Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, is also attached. This is in compliance under the applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations.
