Star Imaging and Path Lab informs about disclosure

In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Star Imaging and Path Lab has informed that the company has been empanelled by the Indian National Science Academy (INSA) for providing medical diagnostic and laboratory services. As per the communication received, INSA has empanelled the Company for providing medical treatment (diagnosis and laboratory services) to its officers, employees, and their dependents Family Member at CGHS approved rates. The empanelment is valid for a period of Five years from the date of issue of the empanelment letter. This disclosure is being made in the ordinary course of business and does not constitute a material event impacting the Company’s financial position. The disclosure is made as a matter of regulatory compliance and transparency.
