In continuation of letter dated 13th January, 2026, Andhra Cements has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today took on record and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter/9 months period ended 31st December, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, they enclosed the following: a) Un-audited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter/9 months period ended 31st December, 2025, b) Limited Review Report on the Financial Results The above said meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.45 pm and concluded at 2.30 pm.
