Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 and Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Asian Warehousing has informed that the Company has published Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 in the newspaper, viz., The Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) on January 21, 2026.
