Ceigall India informs about award of order

In accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Ceigall India has informed that Ceigall Infra Projects, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has emerged as the L1 bidder in the financial bid opening for Tender ID: 2025_NHAI_242354_1 dated 21st January 2026 from National Highways Authority of India for ‘Construction of 4 laning of Sahebganj Areraj Bettiah of NH 139W (Total length 78.942 km) in the State of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode comprising (i) Section 1 Sahebganj to Areraj (38.362 km) and (ii) Section 2 Areraj to Bettiah (40.580 km).’ The details required under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 as annexed in Annexure-A.
