The bank has reported a rise of 21.25% in its net profit at Rs 1362.31 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 as compared to Rs 1123.54 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 13.22% at Rs 9375.08 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 8280.29 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2012.
Gross non-performing assets (NPAs) have increased to 1.19% in the July-September quarter as against 1.10% in the same quarter previous year, while net NPAs too increased to 0.37%.
