In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Tata Consumer Products has informed that as per the information received by the Company on January 21, 2026, NSE Sustainability Ratings & Analytics (‘NSE Sustainability’), has clarified the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating for FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 as 63/100 and 62/100, respectively to the Company. The Company has not engaged NSE Sustainability for ESG Rating and that it has independently prepared the report based on data pertaining to FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 of the Company available in public domain.
