In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Apollo Pipes has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 29th January, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & Nine Months ended 31st December, 2025. Further, as intimated by its letter dated 22nd December, 2025, the Trading Window in terms of Company’s Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, is already closed from 1st January 2026, and shall re-open on 1st February, 2026.
