She tendered her resignation vide letter dated 5th January 2026 to be effective from 20th January 2026. Listing Details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A, Para A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 along with Resignation Letter, with respect to resignation of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Nodal Officer are enclosed as Annexure A.
