FIIs were net sellers of Rs 2940.51 crore in index futures and options segments on January 22

According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 2940.51 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Thursday’s data, January 22, 2026.

FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1957.54 crore and net sellers of index options worth Rs 982.97 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 2450.76 crore and they sold stock options worth Rs 1083.19 crore.
