AXISCADES Technologies informs about award of order

Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), AXISCADES Technologies has informed that the Company’s subsidiary, Mistral Solutions received contract for testing of audio products in the newly established Acoustic Lab in Aeroland facility. The relevant details pertaining to the above, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as ‘Annexure-I.’
