Shree Ganesh Remedies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Friday, January 23, 2026 has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025, along with the limited review report of Auditors thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’). The copy of the said financial results along with the limited review report of Auditors are enclosed. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 2:45 pm and concluded at 03:35 pm.
