Avon Mercantile has informed that in accordance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has published its Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025 in editions of Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) newspapers on 23rd January, 2026. They are enclosing a copy of each of the aforesaid newspaper publications.
