All Time Plastics surges on signing MoU with NECBDC

All Time Plastics is currentlytrading at Rs 225.90, up by 1.25 points or 0.56% from its previous closing ofRs 224.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 239.00 andhas touched a high and low of Rs 239.00 and Rs 222.30 respectively. So far148776 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of facevalue Rs 2 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 334.80 on 25-Aug-2025 and a 52-weeklow of Rs 222.00 on 23-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of thescrip stood at Rs 263.95 and Rs 222.00 respectively. The current market cap ofthe company is Rs 1479.82 crore.

The promoters holding in thecompany stood at 70.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.37%and 16.49% respectively.

All Time Plastics has enteredinto a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the North East Cane and BambooDevelopment Council (NECBDC), a statutory body under the Ministry ofDevelopment of North Eastern Region (MDoNER), Government of India. Under the MoU,the company has been empanelled as a Product and Market Development Partner(PMDP) to support initiatives relating to the development and value addition ofengineered bamboo boards and panels originating from the North Eastern Region(NER).

The proposed engagement,initially envisaged to be anchored in Assam and Nagaland, is intended tosupport ecosystem-level interventions across product development andprototyping, manufacturing process inputs, sustainability and certificationreadiness (including FSC and other applicable standards) and domestic andexport market linkage for engineered and value-added bamboo products.

The engagement provides thecompany with a structured entry point into the engineered bamboo ecosystem,aligned with its long-term focus on responsible sourcing and materialdiversification.

All Time Plastics primarilyproduces consumerware for customers to market under their own brand names,which is known as white-label manufacturing. It also sells its products underits proprietary ‘alltime’ brand (i.e., on a business-to-consumer basis).
