KSH International has informed that in reference to letter dated 14th January, 2026 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Saturday, 07th February, 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ended 31st December, 2025 (Financial Results). In terms of the referred Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Part A to the Listing Regulations, an earnings conference call for analysts and investors is scheduled on Monday, 9th February, 2026 at 11:00 am (IST) to discuss the above Financial Results. Details of the earnings conference call are enclosed.
