Adani Enterprises informs about updates

Adani Enterprises has informed that a material price movement was observed in the Company’s share price today on 27th January, 2026. While the price movement is purely market driven, they would like to mention that there has been a news report stating ‘Adani Group, Embraer To Develop Regional Transport Aircraft In India’ in mainstream media. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) has been executed as referred in the stated news report by Adani Defence Systems and Technologies a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with Embraer S.A. to develop a regional transport ecosystem in the country. The two Companies shall work together regarding the details on the cooperation between the two Companies and then enter into any definitive Agreements pertaining to this Cooperation. At this stage, there is no material event/information that mandates disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company will make appropriate disclosures in compliance with applicable laws, as and when required.
