Motilal Oswal Financial Services shines on reporting marginal rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Motilal Oswal Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 797.45, up by 63.55 points or 8.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 733.90 on the BSE.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services has reported 15.34% fall in its net profit at Rs 245.00 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26) as compared to Rs 289.39 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 2% at Rs 1,251.43 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 1,276.91 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal rise in its net profit at Rs 565.97 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 564.52 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.01% at Rs 2,120.16 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 2,019.05 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
