Mahindra Logistics reports consolidated net profit of Rs 3.25 crore in Q3

Mahindra Logistics has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26). 

The company has reported 1.89% fall in its net profit at Rs 11.40 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.62 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 16.37% at Rs 1,549.22 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 1,331.26 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported a net profit at Rs 3.25 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to a net loss of Rs 9.03 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 18.92% at Rs 1,903.29 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 1,600.45 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
