K G Denim informs about board meeting

Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, K G Denim has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 13th February 2026 to consider, the approval of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. Trading Window for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives which remains closed since 01.01.2026, as notified vide its letter dated 27.12.2025, shall continue to remain closed till the 15th February 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015. Further, the said notice is also posted on the Company's website in terms of Regulation 46.
