NRB Industrial Bearings informs about board meeting

Pursuant to Regulations 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NRB Industrial Bearings has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 05th February, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. Further, pursuant to its letter dated 23rd December, 2025 to the Exchanges, the ‘Trading Window’ in term of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, was closed with effect from 1st January, 2026 until the 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results by the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. Accordingly, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall now reopen after 48 hours of declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025.
