Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and its earlier intimation vide letter no. CC/S&B/SD/2025-26/734 dated 17.12.2025, State Bank of India has informed that Ashwini Kumar Tewari has assumed the charge of the post of Managing Director in the Bank today i.e., on 28.01.2026 in terms of GOI Notification No. 2/1/2025-BO.I dated 16.12.2025 regarding his re-appointment.
