Warren Tea submits board meeting intimation

Warren Tea has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Tuesday, 10th February, 2026 at 12.30 PM at Johar Building, P-1, Hide Lane, 8th Floor, Kolkata 700 073 to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine months Ended 31st December, 2025. They have already communicated on 23rd December, 2025 that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine months Ended 31st December, 2025 which would now be till 12th February, 2026 for purchase/ sale/ dealing in the Company's shares by designated persons in terms of the Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
