Indus Infra Trust has informed that the next Meeting of Board of Directors of the GR Highways Investment Manager Private Limited, acting in its capacity as the Investment Manager to the Indus Infra Trust (Trust), is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 3rd February 2026 to consider and approve the following matter(s): The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Trust for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025; Declaration of Distribution to Unitholders for Q3FY26. The record date for the purpose of aforesaid distribution, if declared, will be Friday, 6 th February 2026.
