Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone informs about clarification

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has informed that it enclosed Rumour Verification - Regulation 30(11) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”). The Government of Gujarat had on July 4, 2024, passed an order resuming 108 hectares of land allotted to the Company, which the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court directed to be implemented on July 5, 2024. The Company challenged the said High Court order before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, which stayed the High Court’s direction on July 10, 2024. On January 27, 2026, the Hon’ble Supreme Court quashed and set aside both the Gujarat Government’s order and the Gujarat High Court’s direction to implement the same and has directed the State Government to pass fresh orders after granting all concerned parties an opportunity of hearing. Status quo is to be maintained in the interim. The aforesaid Supreme Court order does not have any material adverse impact on the operations or performance of the Company.
