Jaiprakash Power Ventures informs about board meeting

In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jaiprakash Power Ventures has informed that 155th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 4th February, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 3 1st December, 2025. As already intimated vide its letter dated 31st December, 2025, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window has already been closed from 1st January, 2026 and shall remain closed till 6th February, 2026 (evening). During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's shares/ securities.
