Rainbow Children's Medicare has informed that the Company has inaugurated a new 90 beds spoke hospital, located in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The requisite disclosures as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as ‘Annexure -A’ to this letter. A press release in this respect is enclosed as ‘Annexure -B’.
