Twamev Construction and Infrastructure inform about re-classification of promoter group

Pursuant to Regulation 31A(8) read with Regulation 30 and Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Twamev Construction and Infrastructure has informed that the Company has expressed re-classification of the following ’Promoters / Promoter Group(s)’ to ‘Public’ shareholder, pursuant to Resolution Plan approved under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016: 1. Ishwari Prasad Tantia (Promoter); 2. Rahul Tantia (Promoter); 3. Nigolice Trading Private Limited (Promoter Group); 4. EDCL Infrastructure Limited (Promoter Group); 5. Tantia Financial Services Limited (Promoter Group). The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 27th May, 2025, has considered the aforesaid request and subject to compliance with applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws, approved the same. Accordingly, the Company has made an application to the Stock Exchange(s) for re-classification of the aforesaid Promoter(s)/ Promoter Group in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 31A (8) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
