G M Polyplast has informed to the Hon’ble Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 09th February, 2026 at 03:00 pm. The said meeting shall be convened to transact business(es) other than those specified under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and to consider any other item(s) with the permission of the Chair.
