NACL Industries informs about financial results

NACL Industries has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today on Thursday, January 29, 2026, has approved/ noted the following businesses; The Board has approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, as prescribed under the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board also took note of the Limited Review Report, with an unmodified opinion, issued by S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The said Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report are enclosed as Annexure A; The Board has approved ‘The Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’. Accordingly, in compliance with Regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the policy is enclosed herewith as Annexure B; Pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), the request received from Algavista Greentech (AGPL), (part of Promoter Group) were considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 29, 2026. The Board of Directors have approved the submission of the application to the stock exchanges where the Company's shares are listed, National Stock Exchange of India and BSE for obtaining the No Objection Certificate for the above-mentioned re-classification.
