Equitas Small Finance Bank has informed that in continuation to intimation letter dated January 12, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and other applicable clauses of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of Equitas Small Finance Bank at its meeting held today i.e., January 29, 2026 has considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 as recommended by the Audit Committee. Pursuant to Regulations 33, 52(1) and other applicable clauses of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the following documents are enclosed as Annexure I & Annexure II: a) Unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, b) Limited Review Report from the Joint Statutory Auditors, ASA & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants and Suri & Co., Chartered Accountants.
