Mint (in English) and Hindustan (in Hindi) on January 30, 2026, informing/ reminding the shareholders about the Call Payment Period [from Monday, March 02, 2026 to Monday, March 16, 2026]; Record Date (i.e. Friday, February 06, 2026) for determining eligible shareholders; and suspension of trading in the partly paid-up equity shares (ISIN: IN9397D01014) on the stock exchanges (National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited) with effect from February 06, 2026.
