AIA Engineering Ltd.

AIA Engineering has acquired an additional 1.21% stake or 7780 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each of Welcast Steels, Ahmedabad (WSL), a Subsidiary of the Company. With the purchase of the said Equity shares, the total Shareholding of the Company in WSL is increased from 71.59% to 72.80%.

AIA Engineering is engaged in business of designing, developing, manufacturing, installing and servicing of high chromium wear, corrosion and abrasion resistant parts. These products are mainly used by cement, mining and thermal power generation industries.
