Infosys informs about disclosure
Date: 31-01-2026In continuation to its letter dated November 14, 2025, Infosys has informed that it has completed transfer of 90% of the shareholding held in Infosys Consulting S.R.L., Argentina, a majority owned subsidiary, to Infosys Nova Holdings LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on January 28, 2026. The Company received this information on January 29, 2026.
