Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, L&T Technology Services has informed that Rajkumar Ravindranathan, Chief Business Officer – EMEA & RoW (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company to pursue career opportunities outside the group from close of business hours of January 31, 2026. The details required to be disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 have been disclosed in Annexure – A to this letter.
