Date: 01-02-2026In continuation of the earlier disclosures dated 28th August 2025, 1st October, 2025 and 1st December, 2025 regarding transfer of coal mining business of NTPC in phased manner to NTPC Mining (NML), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC, NTPC has informed that the following coal blocks/ mines have been transferred from NTPC to NML with effective from 31st January 2026: Dulanga Coal Mine at Distt. Sundergarh, Odisha; Talaipalli Coal Mine at Distt. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
