Date: 01-02-2026In continuation of its earlier disclosure dated 31st January 2026 regarding transfer of coal mining business of the company (NTPC) in phased manner to NTPC Mining (NML), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC, NTPC has informed that the following coal blocks/mines have been transferred from NTPC to NML with effect from 1st February 2026 instead of 31st January 2026 as mentioned in its aforesaid disclosure: i. Dulanga Coal Mine at Distt. Sundergarh, Odisha ii. Talaipalli Coal Mine at Distt. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
