Mindteck (India) has enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 30, 2026, together with the Explanatory Statement which is sent by email to all the Members today, whose email addresses are registered with the Company/its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)/ Depository Participants whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the cut-off date i.e., January 23, 2026. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) for providing e-voting facility to the Members. The e-voting will commence at 9:00 AM (IST) on Monday, February 02, 2026, and shall end at 5:00 PM (IST) on Tuesday, March 03, 2026. The results of the same will be declared on or before Thursday, March 05, 2026.
