UPL reports 52% fall in Q3 consolidated net profit

UPL has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26). 

The company has reported 96.77% fall in its net profit at Rs 32 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 992 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 2.23% at Rs 1464 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 1432 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 52.17% fall in its net profit at Rs 396 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 828 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 11.59% at Rs 12361 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 11077 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
