In continuation to letter dated January 23, 2026, Andhra Paper has informed that, the Board of Directors in its meeting has: a. Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. b. Taken on record the Limited Review Report on Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 issued by MSKA & Associates LLP, statutory auditors of the Company. The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 02.45 pm and concluded at 03.50 pm.
