Capacite Infraprojects has informed that Capacitie Infraprojects has received Letter of Intent (LOI) from Great Value Realty, for a total contract value of ~?445 Crore, excluding GST, for ‘Civil & Structural Works at Great Value Ekanam Project located at GH-02, Sector 107, Noida’. In this regard, it has enclosed the press release being issued by the Company for your reference. Furthermore, they confirmed that neither the Promoters, the Promoter Group, nor any Group Companies hold any interest in the entity/entities awarding the contract. Accordingly, this order does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited is already closed for all Designated Persons in view of the upcoming financial results. The said work order has been received in the normal course of business and forms part of the Company’s ordinary civil contracting operations.
