Engineers India informs about board meeting

Engineers India has informed that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 12th February, 2026 to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. In continuation of letter dated 29.12.2025, for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EIL’s securities has been closed from 01.01.2026 which will continue to remain close till 14.02.2026 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the EIL’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’. The Trading Window shall re-open on 16.02.2026. Accordingly, all the concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested to ensure that no trading of EIL Securities will carry out during the period of Window Closure.
