Further to its response dated 2nd June 2025, Adani Enterprises has informed that the Company has proactively and voluntarily initiated discussions with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) concerning the allegations raised in the WSJ Article of 2nd June 2025. As part of its voluntary engagement with OFAC, and in the spirit of transparency and cooperation underpinning the ongoing Company-initiated dialogue, the Company, through its Counsel, received a Request for Information (RFI) from OFAC on February 4, 2026 (India time)/ February 3, 2026 (US time). The company has informed to refer to Form A in this regard.
