Magellanic Cloud has informed that Provigil Surveillance, the wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has received a Purchase Order from South Central Railway, Secunderabad Division, for the Supply, Installation, Testing & communication of IP Based Video surveillance system for dual cab diesel locomotives including tab (excluding RDAS) in accordance with RDSO/SPN/TC/106/2025 (Version 3.1 or latest). The total value of the order is ?4.10 Crores. This project is aimed at enhancing crew safety, operational monitoring, incident analysis, and asset protection in diesel locomotives, while enabling real-time visibility, cyber-secure data management, and advanced video analytics, thereby contributing to improved operational efficiency and safety standards of Indian Railways. The receipt of this Purchase Order further strengthens Provigil Surveillance’s established credentials in executing large-scale, mission-critical surveillance projects for key Government organizations, including Indian Railways, and reinforces the Group’s leadership in AI-driven video analytics and smart surveillance solutions. None of the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order/contract. Further, the order/contract would not fall within the purview of related party transaction.
