Zensar Technologies has received an approval for closure of its operations in Japan by winding up Zensar Advanced Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company and Branch Office of the company in Japan. The board of director at its meeting held on October 22, 2013 has approved for the same.
