AXIS Bank has informed that the committee of directors of the bank on November 22, 2011 has made the allotment of 68243 equity shares of Rs 10 each, under ESOP scheme of the bank. The paid up share capital of the bank will accordingly get increased to 41,24,91,016 equity shares from 41,24,22,773 equity shares.
