Mold-Tek Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, February 12, 2026, considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they are enclosing the aforesaid Financial Results along with the Limited Review report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The meeting of Board of directors commenced at 10:30 AM (IST) and concluded at 1:50 PM (IST).
