Hindustan Unilever has informed that the committee of the board in its meeting held on November 21, 2011, has allotted 65,660 equity shares of Re. 1 each under ESOP, which vide Shareholders' resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as '2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme'. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has increased to 216,10,25,377 shares and the issued capital has increased to 22,41,44,353 shares.
